Yes. Parts and labour are quoted separately after diagnosis and nothing starts without your approval. If you decline, the device is returned as it came in.

No. Diagnosis is free. If you do not accept the quote, you take the device back at no cost — we do not charge for opening and reassembling it.

Software, cleaning and maintenance jobs are usually finished the same day. Screen, battery or keyboard replacements take one working day when the part is in stock, and board-level soldering work typically takes two to four working days. After diagnosis we give you a firm date, not an estimate.

Yes. Both the replaced part and our workmanship are covered by our own warranty, and the period is printed on your receipt. If the same fault returns within that period there is no charge. Impact and liquid damage occurring afterwards are not covered.

Nothing is deleted, copied or taken off the device without your approval. We call you before any job that requires a format and back your data up if you want. Our technicians work under a confidentiality undertaking and no copy stays with us after handover.

Every Apple repair done in our Çankaya lab is under our own warranty. We use original or A+ grade parts, run a burn-in test and hand the device over with a written report.

Usually yes. Authorised service swaps the whole board; we repair it at component level under a microscope. Most power rail, charging circuit, display supply and liquid corrosion faults are solved well below the cost of a full board swap. If a board really is beyond repair we tell you plainly.

Shut it down, unplug it and do not try to switch it on. Rice and hair dryers only accelerate corrosion. Bring it in as soon as you can: ultrasonic cleaning and corrosion removal within the first 48 hours markedly improve the odds of a full recovery.

Paid, in-stock orders ship the same day or the next working day at the latest. Shipping is free over 1.000 TL; below that the courier is paid by the recipient.

For contract customers remote intervention starts within about 30 minutes during business hours, and on-site attendance in Ankara within the SLA written into the contract. For critical servers we keep spare hardware on hand so downtime is measured in minutes rather than hours.

We recover data from deleted, formatted or corrupted drives, and physically damaged disks are opened in a dust-free environment. We list the readable files before you commit — and if nothing comes back, there is no charge.
