2. Personal data processed
If you place an order through our site, the following personal data are processed:
- Kimlik Bilgileri: First name, surname; and, if entered by you at the invoice step, your Turkish ID number (optional)
- Contact Details: Telephone number, e-mail address, delivery address (province, district, full address)
- Invoice and Tax Details: If you request a corporate invoice, the company name, tax identification number (VKN), tax office and billing address
- Transaction Security: IP address, transaction date, session information
- Shopping Details: Order details, preferred payment method
If you pay by credit or debit card card number, expiry date and CVV data never reach Altunakar's serversthese data are collected and processed directly by the licensed payment institution iyzico Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. within the 3D Secure infrastructure. Only the information as to whether the payment was successful is passed on to us.
Turkish ID number, VKN and tax office details are used solely for issuing e-Archive/e-Invoice documents amacıyla, 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'ndan doğan hukuki yükümlülüğümüz kapsamında (KVKK md. 5/2-a ve 5/2-ç) işlenir; pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz.

4. Transfer of personal data
Your personal data:
- To the courier/logistics company (for delivery)
- To the payment institution iyzico (only if card payment is selected, in order to process the payment)
- To our financial adviser and our e-Invoice/e-Archive private integrator (for invoicing and statutory retention)
- To authorised public institutions and organisations as required by law (including the Revenue Administration)
- To audit firms within the framework of our legal obligations
may be transferred. Apart from this, they are not shared with third parties and are not used for commercial purposes.
4.1. Google Customer Reviews (transfer abroad)
On our order confirmation page, the optional Google Customer Reviews programme is available. Only if you tick this box yourself and if you give your explicit consent, your order number, e-mail address, delivery country and estimated delivery date are transferred to Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. Some time after delivery, Google sends you a survey e-mail inviting you to rate your shopping experience. The survey responses are used to build our shop's seller rating on Google.
If you do not tick the box none of your data is transferred to Google and nothing about your order changes. Participation is entirely voluntary. This transfer is based on explicit consent under Article 9 of the KVKK; you may withdraw your consent at any time through the contact channels below. 5. Retention period for personal data
Personal data are stored for as long as the purposes of processing require and within the statutory retention periods (10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code, 5 years under the Tax Procedure Law). Once these periods have expired, the data are deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the following rights:
- Learning whether your personal data are processed
- Requesting information about it if they have been processed
- Learning the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
- Knowing the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad
- Requesting correction if the data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
- Requesting deletion/destruction of the data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
- To object where the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems produces a result to your detriment
- Claiming compensation for the damage suffered due to unlawful processing of the data
